Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Services in any manner, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you shall not access or use the Services. These Terms should be read in conjunction with Page Bulk's Privacy Policy.

Wherever used in these Terms of Service, “you,” “your,” “Customer,” or similar terms refer to the person or legal entity accessing or using the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time, including fees and charges for the Services. Changes will be posted on www.pagebulk.com (the “Site”), and, where necessary, we will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a material change adversely impacts you, and you have prepaid for a term, you may notify us within 30 days to opt out of the change. We may either apply the change after your term ends or allow you to cancel your account and refund a pro-rated amount.

Page Bulk grants you and your Authorized Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your legitimate business purposes, as per the subscription plan you selected.

To preserve platform deliverability and compliance with Meta messaging guidelines:

You agree to:

• Ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable laws by your Authorized Users.
• Strictly comply with all Meta Platform Terms, Facebook Developer Policies, and Facebook Messenger Platform Guidelines (including standard 24-hour customer service messaging windows and Message Tags).
• Be responsible for the accuracy and legality of all Customer Content.
• Use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access.
• Notify us promptly of any suspected security breaches.

You agree NOT to:

• Misuse the Services for unlawful activities, harassment, or unsolicited spam.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or interfere with the Services.
• Use the Services to store or transmit harmful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Resell or redistribute platform access to unauthorized third parties.

You may use third-party services integrated with the Page Bulk platform. These are governed by the terms and policies of the respective third parties (including Meta Platforms). Page Bulk is not responsible for issues, rate limitations, or enforcement actions arising from third-party services.

Page Bulk retains all rights, title, and interest in its Services, trademarks, and software. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process your Customer Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.

• Services may be subscription-based or one-time purchases as specified at checkout.
• Payment details must be kept up-to-date to avoid service interruptions.
• All credit card payments are processed securely through 3D Secure compliant gateways; raw card details are never stored by Page Bulk.
• Unpaid accounts may be subject to suspension or termination of access.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
